This program  is designed to provide a maximum-care, transitional program that provides an intensive, structured living arrangement for 12 chronically mentally ill individuals. Clients receive assistance in developing and utilizing daily living skills and to increase the individual's ability to more fully integrate into the community. The services provided include:                                

                       *  24-hour, On-Site Programming                  
* Daily Living Skills Seminars
* Coordination of Medical/Psychiatric Services

Supported Living is designed to provide minimal care and support in independent apartments throughout the Pottstown Community. Services include

Access To 24-Hour Staff Support
Staff Assistance With Utilization Of Daily Living Skills
Coordination Of Medical/Psychiatric Services, As Needed
