Children's Day & After School Program
The Children's Day Partial Hospitalization Program 
This program is designed to provide children who exhibit a pattern of severe psychiatric symptoms, behavioral problems, and/or severe developmental delays and who need the stability of a full day or after school program rather than outpatient visits.
Children’s Day Partial offers a safe, therapeutic environment for children to explore conflict resolution, anger management and family relationships; learn coping skills and positive social skills that are reinforced for use in the community.
Program hours are:
Monday through Friday
8:00am to 2:00pm
Children’s After School Program
This program is designed to provide an intensive therapeutic environment in which children can be treated for a variety of psychological problems while remaining in the home and school. By offering such a program, we can provide both an 
alternative to hospitalization as well as a transitional setting following hospitalization. This option has many clinical and economic advantages for the child and their family. One benefit is to allow the child to remain in school with less disruption to the learning process. Services provided include individual counseling, group therapy, recreational/relaxation therapy and medication management as needed.
Treatment in the Children’s Partial Program is goal directed, focused, and based on the individual needs of the children. Treatment may include process-oriented groups, topic- focused group therapy, individual counseling, expressive therapy groups, social skills building, classroom education, crisis intervention, family counseling, medication management and discharge planning.
Children’s Summer Program
Creative Heath Children’s Partial offers a 10 week summer partial program for children with behavioral problems. This program incorporates therapy and fun activities to assist children in learning appropriate ways to cope with daily difficulties. The summer program is 5 days/week, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Breakfast and lunch are provided through the Pottstown Parks and Recreation program.
